Michael Jones at the Chesterfield branch has can have a very bad attitude when confronted or asked difficult questions. I will never rent a premises with these agents again. Pregnant and very stressed/upset as Michael comes across as belittling and talks down to you. As a tenant I feel our experience has been let down by how the agents have approached us when required and how the handle our discrepancies. Unfortunately it seems they are all for the landlord/ladies as they are their client and want to keep them happy for obvious reasons (money/business) and we as tenants come last therefore are treated unfairly with an argumentative manner from the branch manager.... I am very disappointed in the level of professionalism and the lack of compassion!

Booked an appointment for a lettings valuation for the first of a few properties. They failed to show up or notify me of any issues. After having waited at the empty property for almost an hour I called the office to be fed excuses. No phone calls or emails just didn’t show up!

Sent multiple e-mails regarding renting a property, no response after a week, have rented somewhere else via Reeds Rains who were fantastic.NegativeResponsiveness

They charged us £30 because there was a singular pea in the fridge - any way to take money from a property that nobody wants, because people leave after two months every year (next door neighbour was dangerous and a psychopath)NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Hi Thomas, we are sorry to hear this however as you are aware your Landlord was on a tenant find only service therefore we had no dealings throughout your tenancy or your end of tenancy. If you disagreed with this charge, your deposit will have been in a deposit scheme to give you the oppurtnity to disagree with it and provide your evidence and the landlord would of had to do the same.
