We have recently gone through a Rental application with Parkers and Grace has been an absolute star. She was with us for 2 viewings and listened to our feedback and got an idea of what we were after in our new home. When our first application was not successful, she immediately offered us a viewing the very next day before anyone else on a property she thought would be perfect for us, and she was right! She helped us with the application process and even agreed to show us around a second time, which was like going to see a old friend. In summary, Grace has made this whole process painless and fun. She has been a pleasure to deal with and we hope she'll be there to help us if/ when we decide to move again.
