Friendly Property Agent but Terrible Property Management !!

LandLords and potential Tenants, Stay away from this well named* agency, extremely friendly when dealing with the letting process but when it comes to property magament, OMG, I wonder why the keep changing the stuff every few weeks, Im 100% sure the problem comes from the Management Manager/Director, which when we complained the just told us how good she is and how many awards she's won !! After we spoke with a very nice lady that was trying to get things sorted she mentioned that the major issue was the manager.. but when anyone complains, goes to the first & less experienced person without awards.. what a pity !! Read a few complains and all is about the same.. What a Regret !!
