Fantastic experience finding a new flat to rent!

Fantastic agent!
Michael was one of the only agents we came across who knew and understand our needs down to a T. All four properties he showed us were spot on and his great sense of humour and professionalism made the whole house hunting experience an enjoyable one. Highly recommend him as an agent!

Guidance to sort out rent formalities
Chantelle provided though guidance to amend necessary arrangements. I received on time all the paperwork and it all suited what I previously agreed with the Landlord and agent. No last minute surprises which is always nice when it comes to securing a new home.

Professional and attentive agent!

Exceptional Service from Karim Pasha
I am relocating to the UK end March and I have had the dubious task of finding an apartment. Karim made this task simple and easy for my Brother who came to view the properties and for me once I had to go through the process. He is highly professional, very on the ball and client focused to the enth degree. I had the best experience possible and will recommend him to other people.

Michael Stevenson review
Michael was extremely dedicated to making sure we found the perfect place for us, at no point did I feel pushed or feel like he was selling us something we didn't want. He 100% had our interests at the top of his head and the more we saw with him the closer we got to our perfect home, a very good sign he was listening to us and not just showing us everything he had. Extremely happy and if I look for property to rent again, I will be coming back!

Went above and beyond to help secure tenancy.
I identified a property that I was keen to secure as a tenant and Karim helped to secure this property with minimum of fuss, despite the fact that he should have been on holday. His handover to his colleague to complete the paperwork was well communicated so that completion was done in an efficient and timely way.
