Excellent knowledge and range of properties, plus really friendly team!

I had visited numerous estate agents before coming to Thorgills but they were the only ones that I felt really listened to my requirements, and found a range of properties all of which would have been suitable, saving me a lot of hassle. They weren't pushy at all which was great; I need time to think through a decision rather than feel forced into it! Every member of the team that I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable, would definitely use again.

Professional and efficient

We have been very impressed with Thorgills. They are very professional, fair and efficient with good communication and very reasonable fees. They were able to deal with a very difficult situation in a way that took away all the stress from the landlord. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any landlord looking for a different type of agency. We have been renting our two flats for 20 years now and have had some very negative situations regarding letting agents, but in the 8 years we have been with Thorgills, we have been very happy.

Alice Carrick was particular useful and efficient in dealing with my queries and concerns during the course of the re-let of my property. Whilst i was disappointed with Thorgills that i was going to be paying another 12 months of fees at the initial starting rate plus i lost 14 days of rent, Alice escalated the concerns swiftly in order to keep the momentum and ultimately I progressed with the deal primarily due to her at a point when i was about to pull out due to the fees.
