The Robert Watts rental team in Cleckheaton, manage a large property portfolio for us and we have been delighted with the level of service received, since transferring to them earlier this year. The team are highly responsive and proactively manage the portfolio on our behalf. We have also had positive feedback from our tenants who are impressed with the teams approach to both the letting process and subsequent day-to-day management.

After speaking with a number of estate agents to sell our house we chose Robert Watts as they had a positive but realistic attitude, and we weren't disappointed. Our house was sold quickly, and communications throughout were prompt and proffessional. The only minor quibble I had was that the representative showing people round at weekends was not very thorough and rushed off before showing one couple around, although they had contacted the office to say they were delayed.

I've been using both the Wibsey and Cleckheaton branches of Robert Watts since 2001 both for buying and selling, and more recently the Cleckheaton branch as a tenant. I have found them to be very helpful, friendly and professional. Even when things don't go to plan as often happens with moving house, I can only praise the way they've dealt with issues on my behalf.

Robert Watts have managed 3 houses for me for the past 5 years.I would recommend them to any landlord,I have had very few periods when any of the houses have been untenanted,any monies due have always been paid to time and any problems or disputes with tenants sorted out very quickly.
