There weren’t any major issues, however I did have to ask for updates and it was meant to be fast track but there complications with the onward train. I would definitely use them for selling or buying though as the issues I have mentioned are always happening in any sale.

Photos were quick and we didn’t get a Facebook post like others so some admin was missed and when we did receive an offer on the house it was out that would probably be our only offer so knocked a star off. However the after offer and sales stage was brilliant, Nikki and the team helped push the sale on as quickly as they could and gave advice where needed so couldn’t fault them. An excellent mediator for when you have useless conveyancers. Would recommend.
