I sold my property using Robert watts. We were in a chain of 4, being the only property in the chain that wasn’t using an online only estate agent. If it wasn’t for the staff at Robert watts getting involved with every person in the chain, effectively doing the job of 4 estate agents in the end process, I doubt we would have completed even now! The staff in the office were heavily involved speaking with solicitors and helping to move things along. They were responsive with my viewing feedback and quick to contact me when people wished to arrange viewings. I have been 100% satisfied from the beginning of the process to completion. I would not hesitate to use Robert watts in the future if I were to move again, however given my experience, I would be extremely wary of buying another property marketed with an online estate agent.
