After we had contacted 5 local estate agents, we chose Whitegates to sell my mother's house in Cleckheaton after she had passed away at the end of June 2023. We agreed a sale price which reflected the discussions we'd had with all the agents. Within days, Whitegates were conducting viewings which resulted in a total of 4 or 5 offers being made in a 3 month period. We accepted an early offer which progressed all the way to contracts circulating before the buyers pulled out. More viewings were immediately organised and a sale was agreed with a new buyer, resulting in a very rapid completion.
