We have not been renting long with Whitegates but our experience so far has been great. Amanda and Louise have been quick to respond to our emails and quick to resolve any issue we have had. Our home is beautiful and we have been so happy to renew our contract. Considering we are in the midst of a pandemic they have been wonderful at getting in touch and letting us know what is going on. Whitegates have managed my rental property, I went for the full management option. I found them professional, reliable and very efficient. Friendly staff

We have used Whitegates Estate Agency in Cleckheaton for 6 years now to manage the letting out of our apartment. I cannot praise Louise and Amanda enough. They have been very professional and friendly, and have given us sound, prompt advice when we have needed it. Whenever anything has required fixing, they have dealt with it immediately, making sure that both our tenant and ourselves have confidence, knowing that we are all being well looked after. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to use them to manage their property. In the past we have also used Whitegates to sell a property, and were happy with their service in that respect as well.

Stephen recently showed me a property on Quaker lane and I was very impressed with his knowledge of the property, the local area and the current market. I would highly recommend him.

I would just like to praise the amazing staff at Whitegates Cleckheaton. I rented with them for 9 years in the same property and my experience could not have been better. They never took longer than a day to respond to contact, if not straight away when ringing them. Amanda was always on hand if I popped into the office and extremely helpful. All checks that needed doing within the time I spent with them were organised and efficiently carried out, when convenient for myself. The boiler man was always a delight to see every year. I was sad to leave but even after leaving they have still kept in touch and kept me in mind for any properties that come up. Louise was also very sympathetic and helpful giving advice and trying to find us another property. I will definitely be using them again soon.
