Great service from this company , all the staff are really helpful and caring , Steve helped me through a difficult time with his sense of humour and funny stories and Michelle and Julia kept me in touch with everything that was going on ! A few problems along the way but was easily sorted by them , feel like they are friends now and would recommend them .

Can’t fault the service I received from Stephen when recently looking to buy. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable he takes the time to listen and really goes the extra mile. A friendly and professional service provided. After dealings with the majority of estate agents in the area he really has stood out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will 100% use for any future sales.

After we had contacted 5 local estate agents, we chose Whitegates to sell my mother's house in Cleckheaton after she had passed away at the end of June 2023. We agreed a sale price which reflected the discussions we'd had with all the agents. Within days, Whitegates were conducting viewings which resulted in a total of 4 or 5 offers being made in a 3 month period. We accepted an early offer which progressed all the way to contracts circulating before the buyers pulled out. More viewings were immediately organised and a sale was agreed with a new buyer, resulting in a very rapid completion. In the current market climate, we though this was astonishing and we would like to thank Whitegates for their amazing service and commitment to getting the job done. Well done guys.

I’m writing this review and have given Stephen, Michelle and the team a 5star rating as well as saying I would recommend them to others 100%. I have been on a long journey with these guys and Stephen has gone over and above trying to find me the right home that would suit my large family and pocket. Stephen has coped with my tears, frustrations, anger and outbursts but has always made me laugh in the end and assured me that everything will work out eventually and that I had to be patient. Our time is finally coming to an end as we are soon moving on to our next chapter and I just want to say an absolutely massive Thankyou too you all xxx
