Rachel and her Team at CJ Hole have let a number of properties for me over the past few years , including two during the past month (October 2024). I am probably not a typical But to Letl lndlord in that I am an experienced property professional. I have found that C J Hole are very good at identifying the level at which to pitch the asking rent and equally important, very adept at closing deals with prospective tenants. I am very particular about the wording of Tenancy Agreements and Rachel has professionally put up with me going through the wording line by line.
