We first approached CJ Hole Clifton in Dec 2019 and sold our property just before the pandemic. Unfortunately the deal fell through due to lockdown. We had a few difficult months following that but managed to sell at the end of summer 2020. Despite a very long road to exchange and completion, Marcus and Luke (and the wider team) have been excellent at representing us, chasing the relevant parties and have communicated frequently and transparently. They have strong local knowledge and an impressive insight into the market and wider situation throughout Covid. Recommended to and used by our neighbours as a result.
