The service we have received from Rafal Lunitz is five stars. Since he took over as our property manager, things have run very smoothly. When he started, he tied up all the loose ends his predecessors started and had fallen to the wayside. Rafal’s customer service skills are exceptional. He is always helpful, responsive and keeps everyone updated. We don’t need to chase up on jobs because he is very much on top of it and follows through. He is knowledgeable and impartial in the advice he gives and is very personable.
