They are extremely helpful and accommodating, to students as well! Leigh and Fran were the staff responsible for helping me and they were so understanding of my group and helped us through any issues we had while remaining professional and respectful despite us being students. Something that other agents didn't do. Highly recommend.

Rhianne and Collin were both wonderful and accommodating, and were more than happy to answer any questions I had while also showing that they were very willing to find additional properties that would be more fitting for the budget and what we were looking for!!

Collins was truly exceptional. I dropped an email on the website I was impressed with their feedback and follow up.Readily available for home tours. Their responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously the renting process was very thorough and smooth and fast at the same time.kept me informed all the way through the process and welded in when i requested for a week extension of the start date.I highly recommend CJ holes they made my house hunting stress free
