When deciding who to choose to sell my property, I chose CJ Hole as they made me feel like they were genuinely excited to sell it. Josh who came to see me, was great in explaining how things would work and timings and costings etc. His visit definitely influenced me to choose them to sell my house. The rest of the team in Clifton were also really helpful during the process.

I rarely leave reviews, but I have to say that CJ Hole were incredibly helpful and made the rental process and moving stress free. In particular, Emma Jenkins who dealt with my tenancy was exemplary in her approach to detail, and her manner and customer service was absolutely on point - warm, congenial, professional and above all kind. Could not reccomend more.

Victoria was also very helpful with keeping us informed and responding really quickly to our emails and answered any queries we had. Great service from a great team! CJ Hole provided a great service - our flat sold just a week after putting it on the market! All the team members were really helpful, with special mentions to Josh and Victoria. Josh came and took some great photos of the flat, even with our pug dashing round his feet and trying to get in every picture. He also showed the flat with great enthusiasm to viewers, securing our sale rapidly. After this Victoria pushed through all the final details to make sure the sale went through and completed as quickly as possible. It's taken a while with the flurry of moving house but I wanted to congratulate CJ Hole for their excellent service.
