Ella was so helpful throughout the process of buying my first home alone. It can be a daunting experience but she was at the end of the phone / email anytime I needed help. Once the sale was complete, Ella phoned to tell me that I could collect the keys and when I got there, I was presented with a lovely 'new home gift pack'.
