Excellent service, we cant believe that our house sold so quickly. The house had been on sale with another estate agent in Cobham for a year and not sold. We then had an accurate valuation from Marc and put it on sale with Trenchard Arlidge with a 15% increase in sale price. We put it on the market and in 2 days we had a couple of offers at asking price and one slightly over asking price. We decided to sell to a property developer who had cash in hand and ready to go. The property developer wanted to exchange within 5 days. I thought fantastic, but really thought that our legal team wouldn't move that fast. Marc was fantastic at getting our solicitor and everyone else to move along at a lightning pace. We completed the sale and our solicitor received the money within 21 days. I still find it hard to believe that it sold that quickly. Many thanks to Marc Roberts who pushed the sale through from the start and Jon Bright who continued the good work while Marc was on holiday.
