Called to arrange a viewing of a property, and was sent a handful of links for other properties I might like to view but no booking confirmation. I had to email to check this would be going ahead. Loved the property, and agreed I could follow up with any questions. Sent my questions by email so that none were missed and received a prompt reply from Ruby that she'd send them to the vendor. I then chased this a few days later as I'd heard nothing back. I have since seen that the property is now sold stc and still have not had even a 'sorry, its gone' from Ruby or the estate agents. Not great customer service, and makes me consider skipping over properties advertised by them in the future.
