Worse letting agents going, my boiler has been condemned for 2nd year on the trot which means it’s been turned off so I have no hot water etc. They know about it but when you call to talk to them no one is in office for the day. How can there be no one to deal with urgent repairs, this is not the 1st time and probably will not be last time.
