From our initial request for a valuation to the completion of the sale of our home, the service and support we received from the Tiptree Branch has been excellent. Ryan was knowledgeable and realistic about the market and we very quickly had a purchaser. Although Ryan was our main contact it was very much a team effort with support from Craig and Amber if needed. We had some frustrating difficulties further on in the chain and there was always someone in the ‘team’ available to support us and would follow up on the issues. Moving is extremely stressful, and we cannot recommend the Tiptree Branch highly enough, as they were never the cause of any stress, instead helped us manage the stress caused by others.

Our first contact was with Craig, who really put us at ease and provided us with a very fair valuation on our property and really filled us with confidence that we would be able to sell. Sure enough Craig was correct and we sold very quickly with a price that we were more than happy with. I have recently sold my property through the above Estate Agency and the service has been top notch. They were happy to conduct the viewings, which were mainly done by a wonderful young lady called Amber who was an absolute delight. I have also had an enormous amount of assistance from a young chap called Ryan Downing who has been there on the end of the phone whenever I have a problem. Nothing has been too much for him and he is so polite and cheerful. He is a joy to speak to and always makes me feel better. I don't think I could have gone through this without him.
