Very quick and easy
From the point of contact to us being shown our perfect property, it was a matter of just over a week which was fantastic. Really easy process and Ryan who was the agent who took us to our viewing was really helpful. Great experience.

...amazing professional, courteous ,prompt, trustworthy, honest, extraordinary....
....our names are John, Neda and Michael. We live in Sydney, Australia. In 2003 we required a Property Manager to oversee the management of our London property. On a recommendation we were introduced to Andrew Sharpe of Sharpes Lettings, as it then was. We had not personally met Andrew and to date unfortunately still have not. In any business relationship the most sort after characteristic apart from ability to do the work, is absolute trust and integrity. Especially when you're on the other side of the world. Over a period of fifteen years, apart from a few months when the property was renovated and/or re-decorated, Andrew was able to find first class tenants. His actions were always quick, prompt, courteous and professional and to repeat, utterly trustworthy. Not once was there a need to question his actions, advice and the financial integrity of any transaction. Also, we sought his recommendations on other professionals in unrelated matters and they too have been first class. In summary, Andrew Sharpe, in our experience, is an amazing professional of ability, class and above all honesty and integrity. We have nothing but the greatest respect and gratitude for all he has done for us over the last fifteen years. We have been fortunate to have been introduced to him and know him. As our property is now withdrawn for letting purposes we can and will recommend Andrew Sharpe anytime, anywhere and to anyone. He has been extraordinary.......

Friendly, fair and fast- would recommend
After working with Sharpes Estates over many years, I would recommend the service to any Landlord or tenant.. As a Landlord for almost 10 years, some problems become part and parcel of the responsibility but having a professional agent to support and work with you makes all the difference. Having a positive working relationship counts for a lot- especially when it comes to finding the right tenant and resolving any issues that may arise. Hard work is appreciated Thank you .

Amazing Service

a reliable agency which has consistently found us good tenants
Sharpes have been very responsive to our needs to have tenants in our three flats who will take care of the property and act responsibly within the terms of their agreements. In the last fifteen years, we have had just a few who disappointed us and many we could totally trust and depend upon. Living thousands of miles away in East Asia, visiting London just a few days a year, means we need an agent who will give us peace of mind. I have not heard any complaints from our tenants, suggesting they have been given a fair deal. Compared with reports I have read of some companies, Sharpes seem very reasonable with their fees. I strongly recommend them in the renting sector.

Professional, supportive, enabling service!
Brilliant service from Sharpes. Fred met us at the property on a Saturday afternoon a week ago and our son moved in a week later. The support Fred provided throughout the process was knowledgeable, professional and very friendly and he never tired of explaining process to us. Ryan also provided support to us during the week and Andrew was equally professional when we picked up the keys and tenancy agreement from the Merton office. We'll definitely use Sharpes first again should the need arise. Give this Team a call - you won't be disappointed. Thanks guys! Ian, Ceri & Chris.
