We have had a great experience with Sharpes Estate Agents on moving on to our rental property, What would not have ordinarily been hassle free having faced some unexpected problems the agents have been fantastic at coming back to us and dealing with all our queries including later appointments, having to attend the property more than once after the deal had already been done. Really refreshing to see such a communicative agent who actually take a vested interest in their tenants and landlords, would definitely recommend. Ryan and Sabrina have done a sterling job!

Honest, trustworthy and go the extra mile

Sharpes have found tenants for my property for the past 9 years and I've been based overseas.. That equals 3 tenants to be precise which means no vacancy. Each time Sharpes have been professional and have taken the time to find the right solution. One of the tenants moved out after 6 months having got into money issues but all rent was paid up and the awesome replacement tenant was found for no extra charge by Sharpes. It is when issues occur that you find out that an agent is good. Sharpes cares.

Me my partner and son have rented a property through sharpes for the last year with our tenancy just coming to an end. We couldn't of asked for better agents...very polite,friendly and professional and nothing was ever to much to ask. Sadly the property we rented was sold but sharpes kept us up to date with everything until we found a new place to rent. Check in and check out was so simple and quick. And the agents gave us plenty of space. I am sad to be leaving these agents but I would highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.
