Julie who deals with the Congleton properties is a great asset to the team. We have always found her to be very helpful, friendly and efficient from when we made our initial enquiry, through the paperwork stages and then continuing to assist us with any issues we have with our rental property. In particular, I want to say a huge 'thank you' to Julie for arranging for John Stroud to get in touch regarding the curtain poles in the bedrooms. He has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and has offered a very fast, friendly and efficient service. He was able to call in on Friday afternoon to view the work required and to measure up with a view to scheduling the work over the weekend, wow! I am pleased to say that John returned on Saturday morning to carry out the work as agreed. We are absolutely delighted with his work which is to a very high standard and the great bonus to me, was that he made a terrific job of tidying up so all that I had to do was re-hang the curtains.
