I am a tenant. Belvoir Lettings have always been very helpful, they respond quickly to any queries I may have; nothing is a problem. The Congleton team are friendly and helpful. I would recommend them.
Edit: BEWARE THE STING IN THE TAIL: The below review still stands. Generally good. Beware though the 'standard' clause in the contact that states notice must be given in complete rent months. We completed on a property on the 11th and because we pay rent on the 8th, we need to pay a whole extra month less three days. Hard to see this as anything other than a money making scheme as they were happy to start our rent on the nearest convenient day. I have been recommending Belvoir to several friends, but no more. Old review: Belvoir have been great. Really straightforward getting set up with a new tenancy at a difficult time (COVID-19.) They work in a modern way - all the documents, check ins etc. were all done online. They switched the utilities for me - all very easy.i Moving house is stressful, great to find an agent that makes it easier. We rented through the Congleton branch and were dealt with by Julie.
If i could 0 stars i would for this company - i have been in the same property 6 years, done regular decorating out of my own pocket, gardens are left in pristine conditions, rent always paid on time and in full and yet every time i phone an agent to have issues resolved it takes months. i have had both windows in our main bedroom, unable to open as the locks have gone for 4 plus months, asked countless times for someone to come and repair especially in this heat wave we have had - all they do is blame the landlord who is normally in France and leave numbers of companies for me to phone to get this carried out. which is wrong, as why do they get paid from our rent and our landlord for this service that they don't even come to investigate or resolve. i would advise anyone to go no where near belvoir for any future rentals as they don't seem to care at all about there customers or clients. This is around the 5th time i have phoned them up for repairs to be done and even using their own contractors its taken months and still no resolution, always always blaming someone else. i would say - renter be aware!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
