Honest, Friendly, Professional and Pro-active Agents

We chose Move Revolution after viewing a house with Mark Waldron. After being extremely disappointed with other agents we felt Mark's approach was honest, friendly and professional so we signed up. We were then put in the safe hands of Tom Gunstone who managed the sale of our house. He got us several viewings and managed to hold on to our buyer whilst negotiating back and forth. Our property was not a run of the mill but a 150 year old Victorian property so not the most straight forward to sell. Tom's approach is very honest and personable. As we moved on to the sales progression Paul Brice took over and without him there surely would have been no sale. We were impressed with his "thinking outside the box" as he suggested we rent our property back from the new owners as they needed to complete before the buy-to-let stamp duty increase. It was a very daunting thing to do but we felt reassured by Paul that Move Revolution would be with us every step of the way. Paul called us to keep us updated and also communicated with other agents in our chain and on top of that spoke to the solicitors to make sure our purchase was proceeding as it should.. Don't think I have ever come across anyone with such tenacity to move things forward. We signed a tenancy agreement with the help of Hannah Gunn. in the Lettings Department. Hannah handled the communication between us and the Landlords very well. I have already recommended Move Revolution to a friend who had tried several agents and they also sold shortly after us. To summarise: if we hadn't instructed Move Revolution to sell our property I have a feeling we'd still be on the market now. Instead we are nicely settled in our new home able to enjoy life.
