Brilliant

I cannot give Move Revolution enough praise. Ross read the market so well and suggested an open house resulting in multiple offers above asking price. The whole team were amazing, giving a very personal and professional service. It always felt like they were working hard to do the best for me. They were always one step ahead of the solicitors and constantly updated me on progress. Lydia also deserves a mention for her communication making the whole selling process relatively straightforward. Thoroughly recommend and would definitely use them again.

Excellent service

Outstanding Estate Agent

This is the second time I have used Move Revolution. They are professional, organised and thorough. They worked closely with me at every stage of the sale, from the production of the superb promotional materials, through an energetic programme of viewings, then on to completion. In addition to being highly professional, they also showed empathy and kindness at the most stressful points of the sale. Excellent communication from all members of their team facilitated the process. I am as impressed with them now as I was four years ago. I recommend Move Revolution highly. Friendly smart forward thinking agency

Competitively priced agents who were accurate in their valuation. They took nice professional pictures and gave good advice on selling our house. Straightforward to deal with and good communicators.

good on sales not on negotiations

The sales process was first class. when it came to negotiating any reductions in sales price I did not feel the agency was on my side although I was paying the bill!!!! When asked what the maximum I would contribute to the buyers request, after expressing that I did not feel any reduction was appropriate in that it was already included in the asking price and the agent immediately came back with the maximum |I had said I would go to. I then was horrified that they took their commission without taking into consideration the reduction. Not a lot of money but it's the principle and does colour my judjement..
