Really upset and disappointed by our experience buying through Move Revolution Crawley. It took two days for our offer to be passed to the seller at the beginning and we didn’t have any response or update for a week- we were chasing them and were about to offer on another property. Once the offer was accepted a sales progression person was assigned to us who contacted almost daily to ask when we would be exchanging- it felt quite aggressive and harassing, we asked on two occasions for the daily emails and calls to stop as there were delays due to Covid, lockdown and Christmas. This just felt unprofessional. We sent them the results from our survey highlighting lots of repairs to share with the seller- we then received an unedited emotional and rude email forwarded by the agent from the seller suggesting we find a new build property and saying the price had already been reduced (our valuation was bang on what we offered so the agents were at fault for inflating the price - not us!). This left a really bad taste - that email never should have been seen by us especially with so many comparable properties on the market. This very nearly cost the agent and the seller this sale. Very upsetting and disappointing experience, I wouldn’t recommend or use Move Revolution to buy or sell in future.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
I would warn landlords against using this company for your property. The Lettings team were paid a full service management fee to manage my property and full rent guarantee payment premiums were paid. The tenants have left the property with nearly £1000 rent owing and about £2-3,000 of repairs to get the property back in the state it was when I handed it over. The company did not add in additional clauses that were requested, put tenants into the property without telling me, signed on my behalf without me even seeing a tenancy agreement, haven’t kept invoices for repairs, didn’t send documentation for months and I had to chase for a significant period of time to receive any rent. They overlooked outstanding gas safety certificates for two months without realising (and only after my solicitor asked for records!), only did one inspection a month before the end of the tenancy and noted the condition as good. They couldn’t account for keys at the end of the tenancy and so locks had to be changed, and now they seem incompetent to transfer the deposit scheme and insurance into my name because I have lost all trust that they will do an adequate job of claiming the money owed. Towards the end of the tenancy there was a water leak which they didn’t support with because it was end of tenancy and the contract had ended- despite them also selling the house! In 12 months I have dealt with 7 employees in the letting team whom are all as incompetent as each other. Their opening hours are longer than other agencies in order to provide a high quality service but yet it takes on average more than 48 hours for anyone to respond and never are the responses meaningful. I have asked for updates and confirmation of process and never had any details or support. I’ve emailed directors expressing my disappointment and never had a response. Only now I have lodged a formal complaint did I get a response from the owner. Even then the owner shirked the complaint off, said he didn’t deal with complaints and passed me to someone else whom I’m still to hear from. The tenants left the property 2.5 weeks ago and I still can’t access the deposit scheme and the insurers won’t deal with me. I’m now over £3k out of pocket because of this company. If you want a company that really don’t care about your property, leave you with high costs of disrepair, and outstanding rent, and whom are happy to take your money whilst providing zero service then this is the letting agent for you! This is how my property was handed back to me.
LETTING TEAM - Please can someone respond to my many many emails regarding the fact I cannot access the deposit protection scheme and the rent guarantee policy. Despite over 10 emails requesting support on this matter you are unresponsive …

Marketed my property with them, no updates or contact at any point during the process, and even when I chased for an update it was a poor response and concerning. Shocking service. No explanations just lots of excuses. Really disappointed with the Crawley office. Used them as an agent due to positive experience in the past with a member of the Haywards Heath team. Shame it isn't company wide.
We have bought three houses in the past with other estate agents no problems. We were told as buyers that the sellers were not accepting any higher offers because they liked the family they were selling too and would not let us make a higher offer, we found this strange. So we contacted the owners directly and they said they would consider higher offers. That was the first lie by move revolution Haywards Heath. Then the owners got in contact with us to see if the estate agent had contacted us. We had received no communication from move revolution and all previous communication had been by phone prior. The sellers got the agents to call us and the second lie they told us was that they had accidentally put our email address in incorrectly. But we know this not to be true as when you send an email to a incorrect address you get a notification email to say it has not been delivered. They undervalued our own property by £25,000 as we had two further valuations from local established agents. I wouldn't touch this agency with a barge pole to buy or sell. They give good agency's a bad name.

Poor service. For 3 months we have a window that doesn't close meaning water floods in whenever it's windy and it's constantly cold. No updates, constantly having to chase. We currently have cling film tapped over to help protect the landlords apartment from water damage from the rain. Personally, if you're looking to let out your investment property I would go elsewhere.
Don’t recommend this agency as they have miss represented a property that I wanted to purchase.
Poor service from Move Revolution. They didn’t contact unless phoned - emails were not answered. The representative who had all the interesting and unique details about the property left after a couple of weeks without a handover - we were not informed so email and phone calls ignored. There was no strategy to sell and the representatives who showed potential buyers were at times late and not prepared. Very disappointed.
