It’s not very often I do these things but when you have amazing service somewhere, I think others should know about it. I started using Whitegates in Coventry in about 2002 when, as a landlord, I used them for finding a tenant for my rental property. The flat hasn’t been empty once (it’s now May 2018) with Whitegates finding me suitable tenants in all this time (I’ve had about 6 - 8 different tenants in that time) so as a tenant finding service, they cannot be faulted. More recently, I’ve had to put my flat up for sale to release some money and again, the service I’ve had from them has been second to none. I’ve dealt primarily with Richard and John who have been absolute superstars. They’ve phoned me when they said they would, gave me regular updates and have kept me informed with any and every step of the process. They worked damned hard in getting my property sold and I can’t thank them enough. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone. Thank you Whitegates!
