I appointed Payne right at the start of the original lockdown so they weren't able to do anything for a few months. They were quick to respond to my enquiry. When things eased and we were able to more actively market, they found me a buyer pretty quickly. I originally dealt with Leah and then Paige, who I must say was absolutely great. I'm an investor landlord and have dealt with numerous agents, but she's amongst the best. She was very thorough, kept on top of things and kept me fully informed on progress which I really appreciated. Some might say she was just doing her job, but many agents are far too passive but she was proactive, always helpful and responsive.
