Jake has been with me every step of the way in this new process of being a tenant and understood my worries and concerns about renting for the first time. He not only answered all my questions very quickly and professionally but he held my hand if yiu like and ensured all went smoothly and has kept in touch to make sure Im ok. Danielle has also been brilliant and sorted out a little problem straight away that I had with the cooker.
