Manning Stainton have gone above the call of duty for us during the sales process. We have purchased a house through them, however, the chain had issues and Reena, a Move Manager for the company stepped in and managed the issues and every stage of the process (and bump in the road). She's a fabulous asset to your company, a lovely caring individual, who took the bull by the horns and sorted the issues down the chain. I suspect without her help, we would have been waiting longer or even worse the chain would have collapsed. Thank you Reena for all your hard work, Clarissa and I are eternally grateful. x
