I'm a born cynic when it comes to Estate Agents but resisted the temptation to use one an online agent, my old fashioned ways coming to the fore. I rang every local estate agent prior to putting my house on the market asking for a basic quote without necessitating a visit at that time,just to help me budget and Karl was the only one who immediately obliged.
