Excellent service, excellent price achieved
We picked Martyn Gerrard to sell our flat in Crouch End from several local agents. Mark gave us a clear and honest valuation and we liked the personalized approach to marketing the property where we could input on the selling points. We were able to negotiate a specific fee based on achieving the top end of the valuation. I appreciated Mark's flexibility on this and his confidence that his team could get us a top price. The team got us an asking price offer within 2-wks and when this buyer pulled out were able to replace it with another asking price offer within 24-hrs. We dealt with James as our lead agent once the buyers were confirmed. He was great. Recommended an excellent solicitor, was pro-active on the process, and hustled it through in good time giving us updates all the way. Overall we were very pleased we choose to go with this estate agent and delighted with the service and sale price they achieved for us. I would highly recommend them.

Great - would recommend
Very efficient and prompt. Returned calls and messages quickly and very helpful in all aspects of letting our Crouch End flat. I would recommend these guys and they will be my first call when we need to re-let the flat.

Anthony Spittle - Excellent advice!
On several occasions over the past few weeks Anthony was on hand to provide excellent and honest advice on potential rental incomes for two properties I am potentially purchasing. I feel other agents I've dealt with in the past tell you what you want to hear, whereas with Anthony I feel it was sound, honest guidance.

A brilliant encounter
I dealt with Lavinia on two occasions, one to visit a house and another time via both email and phone to arrange checking in and contract (for a house my friend had visited). In both of these instance, Lavinia was very helpful, courteous, and kind. It was a great pleasure to be assisted by her and I cant recommend her enough if you deal with Martin Gerrard's.

I am currently working with Lavinia and so far she has been excellent at customer services; all is running very smoothly under her coordination. She is very responsive, polite and helpful at every stage of the process. Lavinia is managing the relationship between me and prospect tenants really well. I am very pleased with the level of service she has given to me so far on my current tenancy renewal.

Lavinia and Martyn Gerrard have made my renting experience super easy
