Excellent service, value and personal interaction
This is the second year that we have let out our house for 5-6 months through Martyn Gerrard in Crouch End. We have worked closely with the agents in this branch and have nothing but praise for their work. I would particularly like to note the great service we received from Lavinia Coroama who let the hunt for a tenant for us this year and Andrew Martin who led last year and continued helping this year. Lavinia was always cool and calm and perseverent, carefully following up leads, queries and concerns. Finding short term tenants of quality is not an easy task but she (and the team she is a member of) were successful both years where other agencies failed. They deserve the highest praise for their work.

First Class
Anthony has been expertly handling our property in Crouch Hill for the past 3 years while we relocated abroad. We are always kept in the loop and consulted on all necessary aspects of our property management and trust Anthony to handle our affairs effectively and professionally.

Excellent customer service
We had a great experience with MG after a long and drawn out exerpience with another local agency. Anthony was extremely helpful from start to finish, listening to our needs and he always found time to work around our difficult working hours. It was really a pleasure to deal with him. We will definately come back again if ever we need to find another rental accomodation in the area. We've highly recommended him and Martin Gerard to freinds & family.

Emile was polite and proactive
I bought an apartment with my fiancée in Crouch End. Emile was courteous during our viewing and kept the momentum going up to completion. I would recommend him.

Anthony in Crouch End
I've used many local letting agents over the years and Anthony is the best of the lot.. He always works hard to find the best tenants for me, rather than just pushing me to accept the first applicants that come along. I trust his judgement and would recommend him to any other landlords. Andy N

Professional, reliable, efficient and Friendly!
Despite there being more than a few issues with our move, Lavinia was able to help us overcome these. I am very grateful for all her help. I found her to be entirely reliable, thoroughly professional and above all friendly. I was sent all the information that I needed promptly and everything was explained very well. I would recommend Martyn Gerrard to anyone.
