After viewing many properties with other agents in Crouch End we met Andrew at Martyn Gerrard. He showed us a great range of properties matching our criteria, they had a very impressive collection on their books. When we did find the perfect flat Andrew gave fantastic advice on how we should proceed and since then has kept us in the loop every step of the way. Sale of our probate property

Both Jason R and Mark F were very helpful, efficient and fast to assist in the process and answer queries. They were able to obtain a very good price for us and a quick sale. This was with us being in Manchester and the property being in London. Jason in particular had to deal with a quite demanding buyer and helped conclude the price we wanted and some very last minute requests as we approached completion & exchange, which probably resulted in him going over and above what he would normally do.
