Reassuring, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and process
I found Mark to be very easy to work with. The sale, was not always plain sailing but Mark was always reassuring and at all times I felt he and the team were doing everything they could to achieve the sale. Once the sale was agreed they were very much there helping me through the process and ensured a good outcome. I will happily recommend Martyn Gerrard to friends thinking of selling.

A thoroughly professional service from initial contact to completion of sale
I found Martyn Gerrard to be a really good estate agent and in particular I found the branch manager Mark Fordham to be one of the most user-friendly people you could hope to have handling the sale of your property. Never pushy or pressurising and always on hand to give sensible advice and his 'take' on potential buyers based on a wealth of experience. A really personable and engaging professional who made what was at times quite a stressful sale a whole lot less stressful than it could have been!

Good quality professional service
I have rented for many years and other agents have been shoddy and not listened to what I wanted but offered me what they thought was right for me. From the outset, Anthony listened to what I had to say and helped me find a house that was exactly what I wanted. He was patient and professional throughout the process, which is exactly how it should be. I have already recommended him to others.

Anthony Spittle at Martyn Gerrard
Anthony has successfully managed to let a number of flats for me in Crouch End. In each case Anthony has managed to secure reliable tenants within a very short time of the flats become vacant. Communication and process was also very easy.

Excellent Service and Thoughtful Advice
I have been impressed by the quality of service I have received from Martyn Gerrard in the many years that I have been renting my flat through the company. Over a longish period as landlord, I have encountered problems large and small with the property, and the prompt notifications, recommendations of contractors and service providers, and replacements for appliances, etc., from Martyn Gerrard's staff have proven invaluable, as her their management of any work undertaken in the flat in my absence. I have also been impressed by the diligence in checking tenant references.

Anthony Spittle is an asset in himself
The best stroke of luck I had when I started to rent out my flat 12 years ago was to stumble across Anthony at MG. He has been my right hand man since then finding me excellent tenants and giving me good advice. He has fostered great relationship with me as a landlord and with the tenants also.

A good service offered
I have known Anthony for several years through renting out properties and have always found him to be incredibly helpful & he always achieves the rental prices that are asked for. He is both efficient and friendly along with the other members of the Martyn Gerrard Team.

Anthony is a great agent!
Anthony has been looking after a couple of flats for me for the past 4 years. He has found us excellent tenants and his advise around the time of renewals is always informed and helpful. He is always available for advice and seems to know each of his clients and property really well. I highly recommend him.

Buyer review
Nick was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of buying the property. He was flexible with regards to viewing, always fast to come back with helpful information about the property and process and very professional and fair in his dealings with me as a buyer. As a first time buyer, it was great to have someone so efficient and respectful as for a first buying experience.
