I was really impressed with the service at Martyn Gerrard's, I was fortunate to have Lavinia helping me through the process of finding somewhere to let. She was very helpful and always got back to me very quickly. There was none of the 'pushiness' that you sometimes associate with agents (at least from my previous experience!) just a very attentive, calm and friendly service. My girlfriend and I purchased through Emile @ Martyn Gerrard in Crouch End. Emile was always very responsive (even after the sale went through), very courteous and always came back promptly to any queries. We were in a 4 person chain which no doubt was difficult to manage as everyone has different expectations and high stress levels, but Emile did his utmost to keep everyone informed, He made sure everyone got their home sold or purchased and dealt efficiently with various issues that cropped up along the way (there were a few!!)..
