Helpful, professional and responsive

I was really impressed with the service at Martyn Gerrard's, I was fortunate to have Lavinia helping me through the process of finding somewhere to let. She was very helpful and always got back to me very quickly. There was none of the 'pushiness' that you sometimes associate with agents (at least from my previous experience!) just a very attentive, calm and friendly service. The whole process of finding somewhere to rent -and all the other bits of admin associated with it- was made so much easier and painless thanks to Lavinia's guidance and responsiveness. Would highly recommend Martyn Gerrard if looking to let in the area.
