Excellent Crouch End team
Sarah managed our sale and was helpful and pleasant throughout the process. She knew how to gently and calmly help to move things forward when necessary so the sale was completed quickly and with good nature all around. She was a pleasure to work with; the whole team were efficient and did a great job for us.

smart ,attentive, professional, exuding confidence throughout the process
We chose Martyn Gerrard over a a few highly competent estate agents in our area, At no point did we even think that we had made the wrong choice.True our property was very saleable, but not quite in the area that would command a higher price. The marketing processs went very smoothly. And the advice about the potential buyers very pertinent. What was more impressive was the management of the exchange of contracts and completion process, which was over the Xmas period. Very reassuring. I really commend the work done by the Crouch End Team. Keep it up!

I was really pleased with both sales and lettings services. The teams were very professional, friendly, efficient, very responsive to any queries, and calm and reassuring when faced with hysteria! Excellent Customer Service
The staff at Martyn Gerrard provided an excellent level of customer service as part of the process of selling my late parent's house. I was kept me upto date on a regular basis regarding offers made and the status of the potential buyers in addition my queries were dealt with prompty. First class service and well done! Harry

Great service
Nick was extremely helpful during the whole process of buying our property. He had shown us number of properties, always ready to answer questions with endless patience. Once we found a property and agreed on the price Nick was extremely helpful with getting us to exchange as soon as possible, always responding quickly to the queries that we had and trying to find a path to overcome any obstacle that we had along the way..

Excellent job
We were looking to let our property and after 3 weeks with another agent and only one viewing we decided to switch to Martyn Gerrard. Anthony and his team did an outstanding job. He lined up 4 viewings on the first day of marketing the property and the outcome was 4 asking price offers. With everything being done on the internet these days I'd assumed that one agent would be much the same as another. Anthony proved me wrong. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Martyn Gerrard in general. Very professional and pleasant to deal with.
