I’ve bought and sold properties through Mark for a long time now and he’s always calm, cheerful and a pleasure to deal with, which is what you need in an often stressful process. He’s also very experienced and offers invaluable advice. I wouldn’t consider using any other agent in Crouh End to sell my home.

Making Life Easy
I have to say the process was easy from start to finish, and its all thanks to Martyn Gerrard and Andrew! I am an extremely busy person, between courses, work, family, private business, I tend to find my time is all tied up. Andrew made it very easy, from electronic documents to concise emails that contained only relevant information, the process couldn't be easier. Would definetly recommend to those who want an easy process and hassel free agent.

Quality professional yet down to Earth
This is probably more of a review of the agency as a whole as well as the individual as I believe it is cultural at MG. Just great people to deal with with good local knowledge and solid practical advice. I purchased through them in 2006 and have rented through them ever since thanks to Anthony's handling of the property and all relations with tenants etc.

Excellent service, Anthony gave professional support to me in letting my property for several years.
Anthony manages to be friendly without being over familiar and operates within professional and ethical constraints. I felt he was trustworthy and honest. Having dealt with other managing agents prior to that, I appreciated what a rare quality this is.

Efficient, effective and enthusiastic
Over the past two and a half years it so Anthony has assisted me in letting several properties in the Crouch end area. I found the service very good and was very happy with both the monthly rental received and the quality of people found to rent my property. Anthony, at one point managed to secure me the highest rent in THER area at the time for my large and unique one bed ground floor flat. He was persistent in his negotistions with potential renters until he secured both the right price and person. In addition Anthony and his team have rapidly secured new leases for me when the time arose. Andrew Holden

Wonderful service from a true Professional
I felt we made a very good connection with Perrie all the family were at ease with her so there were never any issues when viewings were arranged, we were kept very much in the loop and nothing was too much trouble.. As this was our first time selling a property we were quite ignorant of the processes involved and having moved from a different estate agents we were somewhat apprehensive.. Perrie was very helpful and knowledgeable, she listened patiently and retained the information given which I believe shows her professionalism. Thanks to Perrie prospective clients were followed up quickly and we always received an update, Having sold for more than the asking price and within a reasonable timeframe we are very happy indeed with the service but especially to Perrie's hard work and dedication.
