I would highly recommend Dario (and James) at Martyn Gerrard. They secured a good price for our property without even needing to put it on Rightmove, just from the list of their own buyers, and were efficient and communicative. I think they built up a good relationship with our buyer, and that ensured the sale went smoothly despite delays further down the chain. I talked to five local agents before deciding Dario was the one I liked best and I am really happy with my decision even though I could have got a cheaper deal from another agent.
