“I instructed Martyn Gerrard to market my flat. Unfortunately the first two offers of tenancy did not complete. The first offer did not proceed as the tenants were not free to leave their current commitment and the second failed their references. Martyn Gerrard then successfully let the property on the third offer to two policemen. I’m pleased I used Anthony Spittle at Martyn Gerrard as he advised me all the way through the process”
