Professional and friendly service
As first-time buyers, we are very new to the process, but Jason has been quick to understand our needs from day, 1 and has provided honest, impartial advice which has helped us come to important decisions along the way. He has been easy to reach on phone and email whenever we've needed, and has quickly responded to any queries we have had. Jason was always up to date with the progress of our purchase, and would happily chase required information from solicitors etc on our behalf, in order to speed up the process. Overall we have been very pleased with Jason's polite and efficient way of working, and would happily approach Martyn Gerrard again in the future. Many thanks.
