As new landlords & having become so under difficult circumstances, Martyn Gerrard have exceeded expectations in their service offering. Always professional, easy to contact and able to make arrangements on our behalf, sometimes at short notice. All included within the fee. We had researched and met with other agents as well as Martyn Gerrard, but Martyn Gerrard stood head & shoulders above the rest. We have not been disappointed to date and would recommend them to anyone seeking support or help in all property related matters. We are also happy with all of their agents working on our behalf to date.
