James Maynard was my agent for most of the time. Dario Esposito also helped at times. They arranged a number of visits of potential buyers within days of the property going 'on the market'. Luckily, one of those was seriously interested, and made an offer. As with any property sale there was the occasional complication, but James was always there to help and give good advice, through thick and thin, and ups and downs.
