We finally exchanged yesterday and Sewell & Gardner have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish with the sale of our house! David, Tyler, and the rest of the team have been professional and great to deal with throughout the whole process (and it's been a long one - Tyler knows my mobile number off by heart!!)
