When I decided to move nearer to my family it was a huge decision. I had been in my house for 39 years, had been widowed a few years previously and found the whole thought of the process terrifying. To add to my concern, my house was "in need of modernisation" which a lot of viewers don't want. However, when Sewell & Gardner came to see it they didn't focus on the negatives but praised the positives. Sewell & Gardner were brilliant! They always phoned to update me when they said they would, even if they had no new information. They included me in decisions, rather than telling me what to do and emailed my daughter to keep her updated as well. They accompanied viewings and gave me prompt feedback. No one can make things happen in the process of selling or buying a house and Sewell & Gardner constantly chased to keep things moving and joined in my delight when I got the exchange settled. They were, throughout, amazing!
