I can only assume that the 5 star ratings come from tenants who have only just started to deal with Streets Ahead. Everything was fast paced at the beginning then it all started to fall apart after we moved in to our property, getting worse and worse throughout our tenancy which ended terribly. Unhelpful, lying, unprofessional and unsympathetic. Not only that, communication within their offices is horrendous and incredibly frustrating. I would not reccomend at all.
