Alexandra Brown, Alex at Streets Ahead was fantastic as I searched for our new home. She quickly understood our requirements and went out of her way to match us to suitable properties. I would highly recommend Alex to everyone seeking to find a home even thou I was let down at some point but that wasn't Alex it was the Landlord who did not fulfill his own requirements and Alex still went out of her way to resolve the issue in order for me to move in as previously discussed. Thank you Alex for your tremendous support and I want to mentione that you have an excellent customer skills. I wish all the staff had that as I contacted one of your colleague to raise a concern regarding my contract , she promised to call me back after I chased her up and she had never callled till now .
